Resetting your password

Please follow these steps to add a new password and regain access to your account:

  1. To reset your password, simply click here and enter your email address.

  2. You will receive an email with a special link to add a new password, as shown within the screenshot below.

  3. Please click this link within 24 hours, otherwise it'll expire (see our screenshot below for an example of what this link will look like within your email inbox).

  4. You will then be prompted to provide your new password.
